When will I receive my measurement?

Every measurement taken with Skully Care is double-checked by one of our specialists to guarantee an accurate measurement. If you have a Professional (formerly: Solist or Team) account, you should receive your measurement within 5 minutes during office hours. With a Basic account, this will take up to two business days.

Tip: when receiving the measurement click on the push notification - this forces the app to refresh and prevents the issue below.
