Please note: this feature is designed for therapists with a professional account. Using the app as a parent? Then you won't see the archive.

Are some babies done with treatment, or does the app feel a bit slower than usual? No worries. That's what the archive function is for. It keeps your list clear and your app running smoothly.

Why archive babies?

Is a baby finished with treatment, or is your list simply getting too long? Archive them. The data stays safely stored, so you can always access it when you need to.

New: automatic archiving

Babies without a measurement for 6 months now move to the archive automatically. So you don't have to do anything to keep your list tidy. Same as before: the data stays stored and you can bring them back any time.

How do you archive a baby?

  1. Go to the baby list in the app.

  2. Swipe left on the name of the baby you want to archive.

The baby is now being moved to the archive.

How do you open the archive?

  1. Tap the archive icon in the top right of the baby list.

  2. Swipe again to move a baby back to your list or delete them permanently.

This keeps your app organised and fast, while all your data stays within reach.
